FurnitureAnywhere

FurnitureAnywhere lets you place furniture (almost) anywhere. There are a few limitations (listed below).

Installation

Mod Manager (recommended)

Simply install the mod with a mod manager of your choice.

Download the zip and extract the folder to <game path>/BepInEx/plugins

Features

• Place furniture almost anywhere, the ground must still be relatively flat.
• Optional: Enable helpers going outside (disabled by default due to performance impact).
• Optional: Minor performance optimization for helper idle logic (enabled by default).

Known Issues

Helpers not going outside

• For performance reasons, helpers will not be able to navigate outside by default. They still can "reach" their stations, however visually they will walk to the closest point inside the tavern.

Frame drops

• Due to my implementation, enabling helpers outside can (and most likely will) cause frame drops when helpers are given a new task and when they are idle. With the optimization enabled, path calculations only run when necessary. This reduces how often frame drops happen, but does not remove them entirely.

Helpers not picking up dishes outside the tavern

• Currently, helpers will not be able to detect dishes dropped by customers outside of the tavern. They should still clean messes made by stations.

Reporting any other issues

• Post in the relevant thread in the modding discord.

Settings

Enable helpers outside

• Lets the helpers navigate outside. Heavy on performance, disable if frame drops occur.

Helper optimization

• Toggles small optimization for assigning tasks to cleaners.

Config

Settings can be found at <game path>/BepInEx/config or in your mod manager after running the game at least once with the mod installed.
