Adds the Conscientious Objector from TF2. They aren't customizable like in tf2 though, they are a bunch of preset ones. Because these are custom meshes and weapons, you will need the updated Homebrewery mod that adds support for custom meshes and custom weapons (v4.5.13 or above is recommended).
