Not every item ends up in a game. Some are not finished, or just too unbalanced for the final gamestate.
This item pack is meant to show off items that could have been in Atomicrops, but were ultimately cut.
These are NOT meant to be balanced, but you may get a sense of at least what Danny (the developer) was thinking when cutting them.
