Captain Jeff, the legendary cosmic hero of the '90s, crash-lands in New Amsterdam after intercepting a distress signal from Earth. Stripped of his intergalactic powers but not his resolve, he joins the Bomb Rush crew to reclaim the city’s soul from oppressive corporate overlords. Armed with retro-futuristic skates and cosmic graffiti, Jeff fights to bring back freedom, creativity, and funk to the streets.
