honestly im surprised noone made this before

unless it was on bonetome or a part of some other mod then i guess i just made this for no reason

adds the superhot time slow effect, with some options too ofcourse but also

VISUALS! yeah, and they kinda suck because of the way i tried doing it theyre INSANELY LAGGY no matter what i tried, but it does work and look ok just very very VERY LAGGY.

imagine scanning literally every object in the level every single frame, yeah nah that just wasnt gonna work out, someone smarter could make it work but no chance for me

(ok its not exactly just that but the performance is practically the same as doing that)
