Little Things

The goal of this mod is to add little things that aren't really important to the game.

What this adds so far:

• Enables use of GPS/Minimap in Arcade
• Quarantine Zones now work in Arcade mode
• Make the compass be constantly active
• Have Headlights be enabled by default
• Allow lowpass filters to affect custom music
