Bullet Reskin Warmer Brilliant Bullet

Changes the Bullet's cape to your choice of 15 different colors, and changes his colors to use the "extended palette".
(If the Bullet isn't unlocked yet, it will change the color of the Caped Bulletkin enemies.)

To use the alternate skins press [ESC] and navigate to Options > Mod Config > Skin Switcher

If anyone would like to use or edit the sprites for their own mod or custom character, feel free to do so, just credit me somewhere and I'll be happy. ☺️
