SYNERGIES FINALLY ADDED!
What it does:
Adds various different items from League of Legends into Enter the Gungeon!

Passive Items:
Blade of the Ruined King (S):
- Stats: 1.25x DMG, 1.2x ROF
- Effect: First bullet of clip slows targets hit by 50% for 3s. All player bullets deal 12% current health damage on hit. (25% effective against bosses)
- Synergies:
- You dare face a king?! [Crown of guns/Gilded Bullets/Coin Crown]: Increases on hit to 18% current health damage
- For Isolde! [Excaliber/Blasphemy]: All bullets apply slow
Cloak of Starry Night (B):
- Effect: 20% chance to deny taking damage.
- Synergy:
- Heaven and Earth Combined [Shield of Molten Stone]: Proc chance increases to 30% for both items
Shield of Molten Stone (B):
- Effect: 20% chance to deny taking damage.
The Collector (A):
- Stats: 1.1x DMG
- Effect: All bullets execute enemies below 15% max health. 30% chance to drop 1 extra casing on kill.
- Synergies:
- Return on Investment [Loot Bag/Briefcase of Cash]: Increase casing drop by 1
- Stroke of Luck [Fortune's Favor]: Guaranteed casing drop and doubled casing amount while fortune's favor's effect is active
- An offering [Daruma]: Triggers chance to gain tripled casing amount on daruma use
- Better RNG [Chance Bullets]: Increase casing drop chance to 75%
Cull (D):
- Effect: Gain 1 extra casing every 5 kills. After 200 kills, gain a one time drop of 30 casings.
- Synergies:
- weak early game... [Unfinished Gun]: 10% inc damage
- Bausen Law [Huntsman]: gain 3 casings every 5 kills instead.
Detonation Orb (B):
- Effect: Dealing damage to an enemy stores 25% of that damage. Damage accumulates with more damage and detonates after 3 seconds of no damage. Will immediately detonate if stored damage is enough to kill.
- Synergies:
- Life and Death [Life Orb]: +15% damage stored
- Overcharged [Raiden Coil]: +20% damage stored
Experimental Hexplate (A):
- Stats: 1.1x DMG, 1.1x ROF, 1 Heart
- Effect: On item activation, provide Overdrive buff to player. Overdrive lasts for 8s, has a 30s cooldown, and provides a 1.5x ROF and 1.25x MOVSPD buff.
- Synergies:
- That GOOD $#%& [Cigarettes]: Every use of cigarettes gives +5% damage buff
- Speed Blitz [Bionic Leg/Shotgun Coffee/Shotga Cola/Ballistic Boots/Magic Sweet]: Gives a +1.5 movement speed buff
- Fill'Er-Up [Gungine]: double Gungine fire rate
Frozen Heart (B):
- Stats: 1 Armor
- Effect: Applies a 30% cripple to nearby enemies. Cripple: slows target's ROF by certain amount.
- Synergies:
- Ice to the core [Frost Bullets/Snowballets/Heart of Ice]: Cripple increases to 45%
- Frozen Bullets [Cold 45/Frost Giant]: Bullets also apply cripple
Guardian Angel (S):
- Stats: 1.25x DMG, 2 Armor
- Effect: Triggers Rebirth on death. Rebirth: become invulnerable for 4 seconds, sets health to 50% of player's max hearts, then triggers a blank at the end of the invulnerability. Rebirth cannot trigger again.
- Synergies:
- Divine Judgement! [Virtue Form 3]: Activating the revive deals damage in an aoe around you.
- Why won't you DIE! [Clone/Gun Soul/Pig]: +1 heart
Guinsoo's Rageblade (S):
- Stats: 1.25x DMG, 1.2x ROF
- Effect: Every 3rd bullet fired, an extra projectile copied from that 3rd projectile will fire after a slight delay. This bullet is tinted red and does not consume any ammo.
- Synergies:
- Blades of Chaos [Chaos Bullets/Chaos Ammolet]: Extra projectile ignites enemies. 10 dps for 5s
- Poseigun's Wrath [Trident]: 50% faster projectiles, decreases reload speed by 40%
- TRIPLE DELUXE [Blade of the Ruined King & Kraken Slayer]: Fires an extra projectile every 2nd bullet fired
Horizon Focus (A):
- Effect: Increases each bullet's damage by up to 50% based on how far the hit target is from the player.
- Synergies
- Amplified Lens [Sniper Rifle/M1/AWP]: distance based damage scale +25%
- Futuristic Compatibility [Railgun/Prototype Railgun/Hextech Rifle]: distance based damage scale +50%
- guaranteed hit IF it hits [Eyepatch]: distance based damage scale +75%
Hubris (A):
- Effect: Each kill increases player's damage by 0.4%. Stacking infinitely.
- Synergies:
- Quadratic Scaling [Metronome & Platinum Bullets]: Gain 2 stacks per kill
- Gladitorial Challenge [Lament Configurum]: After using lament configurum, gain 3x stacks per kill for 10 seconds
- Peace and War [Really Special Lute]: Every 50 kills, heal a half heart
Kraken Slayer (S):
- Stats: 1.25x DMG, 1.25x ROF
- Effect: Every 3rd bullet will deal additional 20 damage on hit. This extra damage increases based on the floor up to 40 damage. This extra damage will also scale with missing health up to 1.75x damage.
- Synergies:
- Top tier fishing tool [Siren/Trident/Barrel]: base damage +10
- Entanglement [Abyssal Tentacle]: bullet that deals additional damage will also slow enemies
- Megalodon Slayer [Compressed Air Tank]: missing health scaling increased to 3x damage.
- A sailor's best friend [Double vision]: extra damage doubled while double vision is active
Fated Ashes (D):
- Effect: Dealing damage applies a burn on the enemy that does 3 damage per second for 3 seconds.
- Synergy:
- Builds into Liandry's Torment [Liandry's Torment]
Liandry's Torment (B):
- Effect: Dealing damage applies a burn to enemies that deal 5 + 15% max health damage per second for 3 seconds. (25% effective against bosses)
- Synergy:
- Burning Vengence [Phoenix/Napalm Strike]: Burn duration increased to 6 seconds
- Blazing Universe [Hot Lead/Gungeon Pepper]: Burn damage doubled
Tear of the Goddess (D):
- Effect: Every 50 kills, provides 1 Manaflow stack. Each manaflow stack increases max ammo capacity and max clip size by 5% (Max: 10 stacks). Stacks transfer to muramana and is consumed.
- Synergy:
- Builds into Manamune [Manamune]
Manamune (B):
- Stats: 1.05x DMG
- Effect: Every 25 kills, provides 1 Manaflow stack. Each manaflow stack increases max ammo capacity and max clip size by 5% (Max: 10 stacks). Upon reaching max stacks, upgrades to Muramana.
- Synergies:
- Blade of the Oni [Demon Head]: Damage buff increases to 1.25x
Muramana (EX):
- Stats: 1.2x DMG, 1.5x MaxAmmoSize, 1.5x MaxClipSize
- Effect: Every bullet deals an additional 5 damage on hit. This damage scales with the player's MaxAmmoSize and MaxClipSize multipliers (50% of the difference amount). (With just Muramana's ammo and clipsize buffs, the additional damage is multiplied by 1.5x)
- Synergies:
- Blade of the Oni [Demon Head]: Damage buff increases to 1.5x
- It has to be this way [Raiden Coil]: Ammo and Clip size buff increases to 2x

Navori Quickblades (B):
- Stats: 1.1x ROF
- Effect: Every bullet reduces player's item cooldowns by 3% current cooldown.
- Synergies:
- Sponsored by Navori [Knife Shield/Katana Bullets]: Gain a damage buff of 1.15x
- Quickblades and Quickbullets [Rocket-Powered Bullets]: increase firerate to 1.25x
- Lightslinger [Big Iron/The Judge]: cooldown reduction increased by 5%
Puppeteer (B):
- Stats: 1.15x ROF
- Effect: Every bullet applies a stack of Pull Their Strings to enemies hit. When an enemy reaches 4 stacks, they are charmed for 999 seconds. Goes on a 25s cooldown.
- Synergies:
- +25 Charm [Shotgun Full of Love/Charmed Bow/Really Special Lute/Charming Rounds]: Decrease stack requirement to 3 stacks and cooldown to 15 seconds
- Charming Reinvigoration [Charm Horn]: resets item cooldown on charm horn activation
Rod of Ages (B):
- Effect: Every 120s, gain a stack of Timeless. Each Timeless stack provides 2% inc DMG, 5% inc Max Ammo Capacity, and 5% inc Max Clip Size. Stacks up to 15 times. When reaching max stacks, provides an extra heart and the Eternity effect. Eternity: when damaged, restores 25% ammo to player's all weapons.

- Super Training [Macho Brace]: Halved stack gain delay, double each stack's effects
- Age old wisdom [Old Knight's Shield/Helm/Flask]: 30% damage increase and double Eternity effect
- Arcane Mastery [Bundle of Wands & Staff of Firepower]: Instantly fully stack Timeless. +1.0 Movement speed
Rylai's Crystal Scepter (C):
- Effect: Dealing damage slows targets hit by 30% for 3.5s.
- Synergies:
- Ice II [Ice Breaker/Freeze Ray/Glacier/Snowballer]: Doubles slow effect
- Witchcraft [Witch Pistol/Hexagun]: Doubles slow duration, +10% damage buff
Shadowflame (A):
- Effect: When hitting an enemy that is below 50% health, deal 50% more damage.
- Synergies:
- Hell's Shadows [Pitchfork/Demon Head]: bonus damage multiplier increased by 25%
- Solar Flame [Sunlight Javelin]: bonus damage threshold increased by 25%
Sheen (D):
- Effect: provides Spellblade effect. Spellblade damage: 10 dmg
- Spellblade: The next bullet that hits an enemy will deal additional damage. Goes on a 3s cooldown after dealing the damage.

- Builds into Trinity Force
- Builds into Divine Sunderer
- Builds into Essence Reaver
- Builds into Lich Bane
Trinity Force (A):
- Effect: provides Spellblade effect. Spellblade damage: 20 dmg
- Spellblade: The next bullet that hits an enemy will deal additional damage. Goes on a 3s cooldown after dealing the damage.
Divine Sunderer (B):
- Effect: provides Spellblade effect. Spellblade damage: 15 + 20% max hp dmg
- Spellblade: The next bullet that hits an enemy will deal additional damage. Goes on a 3s cooldown after dealing the damage.
Essence Reaver (A):
- Effect: provides Spellblade effect. Spellblade damage: 15 dmg. Affected by player's stats
- Spellblade: The next bullet that hits an enemy will deal additional damage. Restores a small amount of ammo each time spellblade is used. Goes on a 3s cooldown after dealing the damage.
Lich Bane (S):
- Effect: provides Spellblade effect. Spellblade damage: 40 dmg
- Spellblade: The next bullet that hits an enemy will deal additional damage. Goes on a 3s cooldown after dealing the damage.
Silver Bolts(C):
- Effect: Deal 5 + 15% max health damage every 3rd bullet
- Synergies:
- Extra Silver [Silver Bullets]: +10% max health damage
- The Night Hunter [Crossbow]: deal damage every 2nd bullet
Statikk Shiv (A):
- Effect: The first 5 bullets of player's clip will chain lightning up to 8 enemies starting from the first enemy hit. Chain lightning deals 10 dmg.
- Synergies:
- Statikk Electricity [Thunderclap/Laser Lotus]: 4 more chain lightning bullets
- Mo' Lightning [Shock Rounds]: +3 chain lightning damage, targets, and increased chain range
- EMPEROR OF LIGHTNING [The Emperor]: +5 chain lighting bullets and damage
Sunfire Aegis (B):
- Stats: 1 Heart, 1 Armor
- Effect: Provides a damaging aura around the player. Radius: 3 + 0.5 per heart. Damage: 1.5/s per heart
- Synergies:
- True Sun God [Sunlight Javelin]: +0.25 radius per heart, +0.5 dps per heart
- Voltage Nova [Gungeon Pepper]: +1.5 dps per heart
Thornmail (B):
- Stats: 1 Heart, 1 Armor
- Effect: When taking damage, activate a blank and deal 20 extra damage to nearby enemies.
- Synergies:
- THORN MAELSTROM [Armor of Thorns]: +15 extra damage and increased range
- Ice Cold Thorns [Heart of Ice]: doubled ice projectiles from heart of ice
- Ow! Splinter [Wood Beam]: +30 extra damage
Zeke's Convergence (B):
- Stats: 1 Heart
- Effect: On item activation, create an aura around the player for 10 seconds. The aura deals 15 dps and slows enemies by 50%. Goes on a 45s cooldown.
- Synergies:
- Absolute Convergence [Dark Marker]: aura is activated permanently.
- Flame > Ice [Hot Lead & Phoenix]: doubled dps
- Ice > Flame [Frost Giant & Frost Bullets]: slow increased to 80%
Active Items:
Galeforce (B):
- Effect: Dash (invincible and floating during the dash: dodgeroll properties) in the aimed direction, firing 3 homing missiles at the end. Each missile deals 25 damage and is affected by player damage modifiers. Goes on a 30s cooldown.
- Synergies:
- FOUR! [Whisper]: Missiles deal 2.5x damage
- Bow Mastery [Bow/Charmed Bow/Gunbow]: Halved cooldown
Redemption (A):
- Stats: 1 Heart
- Effect: Activate to call down a circle of healing that heals players for half a heart and damages enemies for 10% max health damage. Goes on a 10 room cooldown.
- Synergies:
- Enlightened Bullets [Silver Bullets]: +15% damage buff
- Terror to the Gundead [Mourning Star]: Halved cooldown
Refillable Potion (C):
- Effect: Activate to heal a half heart. Stacks up to two times. Refills upon entering a new floor.
- Synergies:
- BunchO Potions [Old Knight's Flask]: stacks up to 3
- Cocktail Potion [Potion of Gun Friendship/Potion of Lead Skin]: Using the refillable potion provides half the effect of each Buff Potions. Gun Friendship: Halved buff amounts. Lead Skin: Halved duration.
Stridebreaker (B):
- Effect: Activate to damage all enemies for 20 dmg in a radius around the player. Damage scales with player's damage modifiers. Hit enemies are slowed by 80% for 10s. Goes on a 15s cooldown.
- Synergies:
- Demacian Traitor [Betrayer's Shield]: doubled damage and increased slow duration
Talisman of Ascension (A):
- Effect: Activate to provide the player with a random assortment of buffs with random buff amounts. Goes on a 5 room cooldown.
- Num of buffs: 2 + 1 per 4 uses
- Buff value range minimum: 0.2 + 0.1 per use
- Buff value range maximum: 1.0 + 0.25 per use
- Each stat the item can buff has a specific ratio set for balancing reasons. I am not writing all that out lol.
Perfectly Timed Stopwatch (D):
- Effect: Zhonya's Hourglass identical effect. One use consumable.

- Builds into Zhonya's Hourglass [Zhonya's Hourglass]:
Zhonya's Hourglass (A):
- Stats: 2 Armor
- Effect: Activate to enter a stasis for 2.5s. During stasis, you are invulnerable, cannot move, and cannot fire your weapon. After the stasis, activate a blank. Goes on a 120s cooldown.
- Synergies:
- Chaos Control [Chaos Ammolet & Chaos Bullets]: Cooldown decreased to 20s
- Seven seconds remain... [Super Hot Watch]: Can move and attack in stasis

- Stats: Fire rate: 0.6s, 10 dmg, 250 ammo
- Fires boomerangs that chain to other nearby enemies on hit. Boomerang deals 40% damage after 1st enemy hit and bounce 8 times.
- Synergy:
- Bouncemaxxing [Bouncy Bullets/Boomerang]: boomerangs bounce 3 more times.
Zaunite Rifle (B):
- Stats: Fire rate: 0.67s, 3.5 dmg, 7 bullets per burst, 1000 ammo, reload: 1.0s
- Fires a burst of 7 bullets per shot.
- Synergies:
- Passive Charge [Battery Bullets/Shock Rifle]: regains 2 ammo per second while not in use.
Hextech Rifle (C):
- Stats: Fire rate: 0.8s, 20 dmg, 3 pierce, 120 ammo, reload: 1.6s
- Fires fast traveling piercing sniper shots. The last bullet of the clip headshots for 2.5x damage.
- Synergies:
- "Me, miss? Not by a long shot." [Scope/Laser Sight]: headshots deal double damage.

Pow-Pow/Fishbones (B):
- Stats: Fire rate: 0.3s, 6 dmg, 600 ammo
- Firing Pow-Pow gains a stack of Rev'd up. Each stack increases your fire rate by 10%. At max stacks of 20, fires 3x faster. Stacks start falling off when not firing.
- Fishbones fires a small rocket that deals double damage but fires 25% slower and consumes 3 ammo per shot.
- Pressing reload swaps between Pow-Pow and Fishbones. Using Fishbones will consider Pow-Pow not in use and Rev'd up stacks will begin falling off.
- Synergies:
- Runaan's Bullets [Scattershot]: Pow-Pow/Fishbones's split projectiles still deal full damage.
Aion Er'na (B):
- Stats: Fire rate: 0.5s, 15 dmg, 300 ammo
- Fires beads. Upon hitting an enemy, spreads out lightning to deal 30% of the original damage to nearby enemies.
Soul Spear (A):
- Stats: Fire rate: 0.6s, 12 dmg, 254 ammo
- Fires spears that lodge themselves in the enemy
- Pressing reload will damage targets with spears lodged in their body. Damage = ((# of spears)) * original projectile damage * 0.4
- When attacking, does an invincible dash in the direction player is inputting. If player is not inputting a direction, does not perform dash.
- Synergies:
- Three-Pronged Spears [Trident/Pitchfork]: doubled spear recall damage
Virtue [Form 1] (C):
- Stats: Fire rate: 0.8s, 8 dmg, 250 ammo
- Fires projectiles
- Gains EXP from killing enemies equal to their HP, evolves into next form once enough exp has been acquired.
- All forms share the same synergies
- Synergies:
- Exp. Share [Macho Brace, Scouter, Life Orb]: doubles exp gained.
Virtue [Form 2] (EX):
- Stats: Fire rate: 0.8s, 10 dmg, 500 ammo, EXP Requirement: 4000
- Fires projectiles, each shot fired gives a stack of Zealous. Each stack of zealous provides a 12% fire rate increase and caps out at 5 stacks. At max stacks, each attack fires an additional wave that deals 50% damage and pierces all walls and enemies. Also gains 10% movespeed at max stacks.
- Zealous lasts 3 seconds and the duration resets with each stack increase/refresh
Virtue [Form 3] (EX):
- Stats: Fire rate: 0.35s, 15 dmg, 750 ammo, EXP Requirement: 8000
- Fires projectiles. No Zealous stacking mechanic. Every attack fires the additional wave. Permanently gains the 10% movement speed and flight.
Whisper (A):
- Stats: Fire rate: 1.3s, 40 dmg, 144 ammo, reload: 2.5s
- Fires from a 4 shot clip. Fourth shot deals 200% damage and deals 25% additional missing health damage.
- Fire rate cannot be increased and instead equally increases damage multiplier.
- Clip size cannot be increased and instead increases damage multiplier by 25% of clip size modifier.
Pinger (D):
- Stats:
- Fires pings that enrage enemies hit for 10 seconds. Enraged enemies have their health and movement speed randomized.
- Synergies:
- Duo Queuing [Friendship Cookie]: Halves fire rate, Damage x2.5
- Spam Pinging [Scattershot]: Enrage duration doubled
- High blood pressure [Enraging Photo]: Enrage's random values modified. Increases speed by 25% and decreases health by 40%
- Emotional Pings [Shotgun Full of Hate]: Damage x1.75
