Corrected the effect of Glue Efficiency.Details
This mod corrects the issue where the Glue Gun, after being enhanced with the Glue Efficiency booster effect, did not benefit from the reduced consumption effect when only a single blob was fired.
For example, with a Glue Efficiency over 100%, one blob count on the GUI could fire twice.
