Play GTFO with more than 4 people (to a maximum of 8).

New and improved "cool" buttons for switching between lobbies now available on all relevant screens. Cage drop has been improved. Fixed snatcher dimensions for expanded player slots.

• T scans are still stationary for the time being.
• Locker and box open/close state is not synced across all players.
• Update text for scans is not displaying, but will still progress.
