GTFO - Enable Old Weapons

Enables old vanilla weapons that are disabled

Note: This may have mixed results in custom rundowns since modders tend to modify existing weapons as well as add their own. If your old favourite isn't there in a custom rundown it may just have been replaced by the dev.
