LadderFoamFix

Allows enemies to move through other foamed enemies, preventing foam from freezing enemies on top of or in the middle of a ladder and blocking it.

This also affects tight passageways and such where enemies would otherwise need to push the foamed enemies out of the way.

Only host needs this mod for it to function.
