ArchetypeID - uint - The persistentID from archetype datablock to apply the silencer configuration to
InternalName - string - the internal name of the configuration, for developer data organization purposes
InternalEnabled - bool - determines whether or not to apply the configuration
SilencerSettingsData:
Audio_SoftAlertRadius - float - range in which enemies will pulse when you shoot
Audio_HardAlertRadius - float - range in which enemies will wake up when you shoot
