Adds a visual timer for enemies' global and individual scream cooldowns for testing purposesDetails
Just adds a simple timer at the bottom of the screen for visualizing the global scream cooldown for testing purposes, and a timer above each enemy's head (or at the root of their body (for the nerds, the object the EnemyAgent is on) if there is no head bone) for their individual scream cooldowns. (Includes the cooldown before they can scream when waking up)
