After launching the game for the first time, a config file will be created for you to input your seed. Live edit is supported (will likely need to re-drop to apply changes).

SessionSeed determines the objective spawn, key spawn, resource spawn, and enemies population spawn(but not location in each room)

EnemySeed determines properties about spawned enemies. This can help fix SizeMultipliers

EnemyRotationSeed determines the seed for the rotation of spawned enemies

ScoutPathSeed determines the pathing scouts take

PlacementSeed determines enemy location spawns and possibly resource spawns, although I haven't checked. GTFO for you.
