The NRS-2 is a Soviet survival knife featuring a single-shot pistol built into the grip. This fires the integrally suppressed 7.62x41mmSP round.

Found in breech-loading pistols. To operate, insert the magazine inside the grip, flip the saftey switch, aim through the hilt, and fire. Note that there is no front sight, so try to aim a little lower than you normally would.
