"The AR15 stands for Assault Rifle 15 (15 for how many bullets it can hold) it was made by Call of Duty to sell their 4th game. Eugene Stoner, named as such over his famous love for weed- thought of it in 2010 when he was like "yo these quickscopers suck- I need a junk 3 burst to counter thatll be quickly replaced by the AUG, M4, or Famas."
