Scene Save Everywhere

Enables Anton's Scene Saving in ALL maps, including mods, TnH maps. This is experimental but it works fine on my machine :P

Anton's scene saving can be found in the Wrist Menu, no new functionality has been added.

Works with Safehouse Progression.
