A simple Sosig Spawner that allows spawning of all sosigs and custom sosigs with basic functionality

Features

• CSS can be spawned in the Item Spawner and carried in a quick belt slot
• Each CSS tracks and controls its own set of spawned Sosigs allowing for easy setup with multiple CSS tools
• Custom Sosigs added to the game appear in the CSS
