I remember when hotmods couldn't do the trick, I never forgot about my desired iteration of the shotclock. Now, its here with the power of Next Gen Skins, the alt version of the gun-dexterity trainer tool, originally from Meloncorp.

Shotclock was a group project of the combined works of the H3VR Collective. Melon's original shotclock will be a dependency out of respect for his grind to make this tool a reality.
15.ai was used in the making of the voicelines in this alternative Shotclock.
First ever Meatkit-made release! Holy shit was it a struggle but we made it.
Updates
V1.0.1 -- Added a real loophole style backend NEXT VISIONS spawn system that only works for the last gen spawner. This shotclock can be found in Misc (Tools n Toys) > Utilities in both spawners. For the new spawner, use the mod tags to assist in finding it. Just a big circus act in figuring out what works and what don't.
V1.0.3 -- Adds stuff
