AN/PVS-5A Nightvision Goggles

The AN/PVS-5A is the classic dual-eye night vision goggle widely used by U.S. and NATO forces from the late 1970s through the Gulf War. Though not exactly one of the better NVGs but it was still one of the more commonly used one before being replaced by much more safer options, especially for pilots during night operations.

Though bulky and with limited clarity compared to later models, its sturdy build and dependable Gen 2 image intensifiers made it a trusted workhorse for decades and now it's available in H3 for you to use and fear.

Featuring a less stellar Gen 2 definition, the NVG features mostly very vanilla style controls.

As an added option for a certain bountier, there is an outline mode under thermal imaging.
