Classic Ruger ranch rifle in .44 Magnum!Details
Ruger Model 44 Rifle
The Ruger Model 44, also known as the Deerstalker before a lawsuit that forced it to drop the name, is a semi-automatic rifle introduced in the early 60s and chambered for the powerful .44 Magnum cartridge. Compact and lightweight, it was designed primarily for deer hunting.
It uses a tubular magazine holds 4 rounds, and the rifle features a simple gas-operated action with classic carbine styling similar to the Ruger 10/22.
The operations of the rifle is similar to the Ruger 10/22, which the bolt can be operated and it has a unique lifter system to load cartridges into the rifle. The same button that allows lifting up the lifter also functions as a bolt release.
A known conversion which turns the rifle into a magazine fed rifle that uses the Grizzly LAR magazine is also included, with its normal 7 round magazine and a bubbafied extended magazine for more sustained firepower! (The magazines are also interchangable with my other LAR pistol mod!)
Takes muzzle devices as well as a hidden rail at the top for mounting optics.
