Melinoe decides to start with Surface instead of Underworld

Features

• Location 2 will bring you to Location 2 of Ephyra, from then on everything will be a standard Surface run
• Artemis can spawn
• Athena can spawn
• Surface endshop will have no items due to a bug in how the game fills the shop with items
