Alters Act 3's Gemification upgrade to make it work like it did in the Inscryption betaDetails
Beta Gemification
This mod makes the Gemification node in Act 3 work like it did in the Inscryption beta: you get to choose one gem color, and your card permanently gains the associated stat upgrade, but now also costs that gem color in addition to its usual energy cost.
The mod also changes some cards' stats to be closer to their stats in the beta:
- Gembound Ripper: Now costs 4 energy and a green gem, and is renamed to Emerald Ripper.
- Gem Guardian: Now costs 2 energy and an orange gem.
- Gem Detonator: Now costs 2 energy and a blue gem.
- Orlu's Vessel: Now costs 3 energy and a green gem, has 1 power and 3 health, and is renamed to Green Sentinel.
- Bleene's Vessel: Now costs 3 energy and an orange gem, has 2 power, and is renamed to Orange Sentinel.
- Goranj's Vessel: Now costs 1 energy and a blue gem, has 1 power, and is renamed to Blue Sentinel.
- Splinter Cell: Now costs 4 energy and a green gem.
- Tough Cell: Now costs 3 energy and an orange gem.
- Kind Cell: Now costs 2 energy and a blue gem. Credit to keks307 for the suggestion and for providing the stats for the beta versions of these cards, as well as for letting me know that in the beta a blue gem subtracted 2 energy rather than 1 from a card's cost.
Please note that this mod is made for vanilla Act 3 and currently does not work with P03 In Kaycee's Mod.
