Popy's No Cooldown Noisemaker

Allows you to use the Noisemaker with no limit.

Normally the Noisemaker will disable after 3 consecutive uses to prevent spamming it. But no longer will that be a problem.

Note:

This mod works client-side only, so other players won't hear your endless spamming.

Other players used to be able to hear the infinite noises, even if they were only playing vannila Wormtown... as it turns out that was a bad idea. I had the dev patch it, so now this mod can no longer cause chaos for unsuspecting players.
