To anyone who might be readin' this:

In case y'all ever seem to be havin' too much in Wormtown, I want you to remember somethin'. That li'l worm-devouring-pardners-alive business ain't a joke! Heck, even if- if... I don't know, if really comedic music started playin' (like, REALLY knee-slappin' comedic music), even then ya gotta keep a straight face, and try not to yippee into laughter.

Now, I can't deny that it looks real silly when a pardner goes a-flyin' through the skies, bein' carried by an oversized insect with googly-eyes, but Wormtown is completely, utterly, indubitably, dead serious. Try not to have too grand of a laugh, ya hear, it interrupts the ghosts' sleep.

The Mod

Introduction:

Want to add a hint of comedy while getting dragged through Wormtown? Well, this mod plays the frantic Slider music from Super Mario 64 while a pardner is getting eaten by a worm, to really increase the chaos!

A few settings are also customizable, by navigating to Thunderstore's "Edit config", and then selecting to edit "LTOWSliderMinigameMusicMod.cfg"!

Creation:

• I wanted to make this mod, and start modding this game, for a while now. And I'm planning to make more mods still, especially since I am going to try to make a mod for this game my college project the coming few months.
• I'm happy enough with the result, but there was more I wanted to do/had already done but scrapped last-minute, thanks to certain challenges I faced while making this, because...
• I had a lot of trouble making this mod, trying to get used to the environment of this game while also not having modded anything significant for a long time. I also had to find workarounds to the way certain information was structured, and I made a lot of this over the weekend, so I decided to just upload the mod in the state it is now, to at least have ANYTHING to show for it.
  • Maybe once I'm more used to modding this game, I'll come back to this mod and try to do a bit better, but for now I believe this mod achieves its silly intended purpose :)
