LC-FacilityMeltdown-End-of-day-countdown-compatibility

A mod to add the End of day countdown by NotezTeam during the meltdown of the FacilityMeltdown mod by loaforc.
This is my first mod for a game, so it's probably trash, but it works (at least to me).
If it doesn't work for you, create an issue on github, and I see what I can do.
