Adds Mondstadt city from Genshin Impact as a new moon using Lethal Level Loader

• Three fire exits exist around the map at some of Mondstadt's most recognizable locations

• The teleporter functions as well!

• Plays best with my other mod, Genshin Impact Overhaul, to really capture the Mondstadt experience
