Original Indoor flooding mod by squirrelboydev.

Fixes OopsAllFlooded after V60 by just removing the QuickSand and PlayerController Patches and setting "isInsideWater" to true on the flood water

Adds slowly rising water inside the facility during "Flooded" weather and sometimes during "Stormy" and "Rainy" weather.

Adds an oxygen canister to the shop to assist in underwater survival.

Requires the latest version of BepInEX and LethalLib.
