Adds a config for fines, quota increase on player death, and contains settings for dynamic scrap value and interior size.

Makes several improvements to spiders, currently one new feature with more to come. The mod also makes spiders very configurable.

Masked drop their mask on death, masked who are mimicking a player will drop the mask AND the player's corpse <3

Adds in eleven Amogi as scrap, collect them all or the company will deem you an IMPOSTER!!!!

Changes the end game screen to display the real amount of scrap in the level instead of just the spawned scrap at the start of the round.
