FacilityMeltdown Patch

This mod was made for my group, feel free to use it if you like the changes.

• Only play the Portal 2 alarm voice whilst near or in the facility.
• Show the correct configured time until meltdown when you remove the apparatus. Fixed in FacilityMeltdown 2.2.0
