Adds a game chat between players in online games.
Update v1.0.2:
- Update to LLBML 0.8.0 (Thanks Glom for the help!)
Update v1.0.1:
- Blocks inputs to game and to menus (such as Esc) when the chat window is open.
- Hides the chat in the pause screen.
- Fixes the debug chat text appearing in the menu after leaving mod settings.

- Automatic detection of other players who have the chat plugin installed
