I would've liked to have wrote "disaster averted" here but it's been a while so let's go with "better late than never".
Resolves the ship rollback issues. Will also clear out the errant ship rows on world load (for people with already broken saves) to resolve one of the rollback triggers. It means the bad storage data won't be recoverable (as that is normally a manual fix) but will prevent it from ruining the rest if the storage data.
