Cast this hex with ruthless glee, and watch them falter helplessly.

Testicular Torsion is an AOE spell that:

Deals damage to all players (including allies!) except self.
Causes a slow for 7 seconds.
Moving while under the effect of Testicular Torsion causes damage over time.
Those affected by the spell are flashbanged.
Cooldown: 15 seconds.

Most likely extremely unbalanced, probably buggy. Report bugs, balance ideas, and general unhappiness to owls8 on the modding Discord. (First-ever mod.)
