🔥 The Crispy Muck – Mod Pack Installation Instructions

Welcome to The Crispy Muck, a mod pack for Muck designed to enhance your gameplay experience with quality-of-life improvements and exciting new content.

I suggest to you to install the modpack trough the Thunderstore mod manager

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Core File Replacement Required

In order for all mods in The Crispy Muck to function properly, you must manually replace the core files with a specific version of BepInEx.

✅ Required Core Version: BepInEx 5.4.22.0

(Or the latest available version)

🛠️ How to Replace Core Files:

1. Download the BepInEx 5.4.22.0.zip file — or the latest available version — from the official BepInEx GitHub releases page, selecting the correct version for your system (x86 for 32-bit systems, x64 for 64-bit systems).
2. Extract the downloaded archive and locate the core folder within the BepInEx directory.
3. On your computer, navigate to the following path: C:\Users{your user name}\AppData\Roaming\Thunderstore Mod Manager\DataFolder\Muck\profiles{your profile name}\BepInEx\core
4. Replace all existing files in that core(the one inside of the profile) folder with the ones you just extracted.
   To do this, simply drag and drop the new files into the existing core folder, and confirm the replacement when the windows pop-up shows.

🔄 This step is necessary because several mods in The Crispy Muck depend on features or behaviors specific to this version of BepInEx.

📌 Additional Notes:

• If you are using multiple Muck profiles, repeat these steps for each profile where you wish to use The Crispy Muck.
• It is strongly recommended to back up your files before replacing anything.
