Voicepack using sounds from various other packs but with many changes to the json

Thots:

• At least one sound on most lights with quick sounds and low but consistent weight
• Low amount of cut-off noises
• Strongs and Specials try to have relevant or unique clips but also multiple per move
• Hurt sounds playing at consistent times but not every single hit
• no lose or intro quotes since they overlap with eachother especially if there are more than 2 players
