Fullbright

No, mat_fullbright 2 doesn't apply to Tf2 no need to test.

I can only advice you to also turn off the sky and sun scales to make the fullbright... less bright, and save your eyesight at the same time. And also remove the fog, at least for the skybox, it make it looks way better. If only you still even care how pleasant to the eye your game is lol.

Can be considered as a cheat since it makes dark corner not that dark anymore so use it at your own risk.
