Quake-like viewmodel

Description:

All of the pilot's weapons (except Thunderbolt and Archer) now have a Quake-like position. So maybe someone will like it.

2.0.0 : Big ass vpk file replaced by northstar scripts. Now the mod will be functional consistently and not overwrite anything else, on top of being significantly lighter and faster to load. ChargeRifle, MGL and doublebarrel shotgun now also have a quakelike positioning. Update by @DaiiZero
