Pause Time Before Open

Features

  • At the start of the day, time progresses normally and is automatically paused shortly before the time when customers start to appear.
  • The current time state is indicated by a symbol next to the in-game clock:
    • While time is running: *>
    • While time is paused: *
  • After opening the market for the first time that day, time progresses normally.
  • Designed so that the basic daily flow (sleep, opening, closing, etc.) is not affected.

Example use cases

  • Carefully adjusting your shelf layout before opening.
  • Doing large rearrangements or restocking without time pressure.

Config

  • AdvanceTimeUntilCustomer (Default: true)
    • If true, the day starts with time running as normal and will automatically pause shortly before customers can start arriving (CustomerManager.timelineStart). If false, time is paused from the beginning of each day until the first time you open the market.
  • FreezeMinutesBeforeCustomerStart (Default: 1f)
    • How many minutes before CustomerManager.timelineStart the time should be frozen when AdvanceTimeUntilCustomer is true.
  • ShowNumericTime (Default: false)
    • If true, append the numeric time (HH:MM) after the localized time label for debugging, e.g. Morning (07:00).
