Costs: 1 Militia Bow, 1 Cold Stone, 300 Silver

Hailfrost Shield

Costs: 1 Militia Shield, 1 Cold Stone, 150 Silver

Hailfrost Chakram

Costs: 1 Militia Chakram, 1 Cold Stone, 150 Silver
