Features
Calls all your available boons when invoking Call of Elements.
The objective is to reduce preparation tediousness.
Mana consumption is the same as calling all one by one.

Limitations
Burnt Mana restoration from boons is not applied (only from Call of Elements).
Enrage and Discipline are not called (these are on another timer anyway).
It is also quickly/poorly tested so any feedback is welcome.
Being that simple, I expect it to work even in multiplayer though.
All boons visual effects call at once may reduce FPS on low end computers.
I expect there can be a tiny abuse in the case of very low mana where part or all boons are called instantly while Call of Elements is not called therefore not locking the player in place during he invokation.
