PEAK AntiCheat

An anti-cheat mod that automatically detects and blocks players using cheat mods and exploits in public lobbies.

Quick Start

1. Install the mod on all players for best protection
2. Host players: Press F2 in-game to open the AntiCheat manager
3. Configure settings for detection sensitivity and punishment management
4. Manage players by blocking/unblocking as needed

How It Works

• Automatic Detection: Identifies various cheats including teleporting, item spawning, name spoofing, and more
• Real-time Protection: Blocks harmful actions before they affect you
• Host Control: Lobby hosts can manage detection settings and player blocks
• Communication System: All players with the mod automatically sync block lists and settings with the host.

• Auto-Block Options: Automatically block players without AntiCheat
• Whitelist: Add trusted friends to bypass all restrictions
• Advanced Mod Detection: View other players' mod lists (only those with Anticheat installed)

Protection Features

• RPC Blocking: Prevents packets from players identified as cheaters, making their cheats useless against you.
• Automatic Rescue: Automatically rescued unprotected players when they are teleported to infinity by a cheater (black screened)
• Event Protection: Many layers of authentication to verify Anticheat Events aren't manipulated.
• Master Client Detection: Properly retains memory of who is meant to be masterclient, even if a cheater attempts to steal it.

Installation Requirements

Important: All players should install this mod for maximum effectiveness. The mod provides individual protection, but works best when everyone has it.

Configuration

The mod creates a config file with several customizable options. Access it through your mod manager or edit directly in the config folder.

Essential Settings

General Behavior:

• AutoBlockCheaters - Automatically block detected cheaters (recommended: enabled)
• ShowVisualLogs - Display anti-cheat messages in connection log
• UIToggleKey - Key to open the management menu (default: F2)

Privacy & Sharing:

• ShareModList - Allow hosts to see your installed mods (default: enabled)
• WhitelistedSteamIDs - Comma-separated Steam IDs that bypass all restrictions

Host Controls (UI Settings)

Automatic Actions:

• AutoKickBlockedPlayers - Automatically remove blocked players from lobby
• AutoBlockNoAnticheat - Automatically block players who don't have the AntiCheat mod
• AdvancedModDetection - Enable clickable player names to view mod lists

Individual Detection Settings: Each cheat type can be set to Off (0), Warn (1), or Block (2):

• Steam ID Spoofing, Teleporting, Item Spawning
• Unauthorized kills, revives, status effects
• Movement manipulation, emote spam
• Campfire/flare tampering, and more

Language & Display:

• Language - UI language code (en, es, fr, etc.)
• WindowPosition - Saves your UI window size and position

Debug Options

• VerboseRPCLogging - Log all game communications (for troubleshooting only)
• CheckSteamNames - Verify player names match Steam profiles (experimental)

Important Notes

• This mod is defensive only - it protects you from cheaters rather than punishing them
• Detection isn't 100% perfect, but it's the most effective solution allowed on Thunderstore
• You can always unblock players if they were falsely detected
• The most foolproof solution to handling cheaters, is to ensure everyone in your lobby has the Anticheat.
