Onyx-Midrun Artifacts

• Port of NK's Activatable Artifacts mod for ror1
• Collecting an Artifact will enable it in the current run
• Collected Artifacts appear in your inventory (can be turned off)
• some artifacts require going to the next stage to get activated
• You can enable Artifacts manually with the imgui window
