TF2 Engineer Skin

Adds a skin that makes engineer look more like engineer.

• 1.0.1: Fixed a glowing bug on the turrets.
• 1.0.2: No longer broken from update.
• 1.0.3: Materials no longer broken from update. Added new bonus turrets, which can be enabled in the config.

Known Issues

• The turret will not have the new skin on the character select screen. It will appear in game.
• The monsoon skin will have the default mines and turret on the character select screen.
