Uncap player level

Just a silly little mod that uncaps the level beacuse why tf would it be stuck at 94 if they literally add an item that needs you to level up to open chests. Since this is my first mod, I prolly did everything wrong. If you got any inputs on how to improve it let me know through either discord (360gaggi) or the gitlab page :D

known issues

• doesnt work with StarStorm from reports
• when playing in multi clients dont get visual feedback for lvl
• solitude fix is done with On instead of Il hooks, tried figuring it out for hours but couldnt, too bad :D
