Uncapped Stats

Removes the hard caps on Critical Strike and Bleed chance, allowing them to scale beyond 100%.

Description

In the vanilla game, having more than 100% Crit or Bleed chance is usually redundant. This mod uncaps those stats so that stacking them further provides additional benefits, such as being able to lay waste to anything standing in your way if you have tons of stacks of tri-tip or lens makers. I made this as a recreation of HyperBleed by MysticSword and HyperCrit by ThinkInvis, but didn't like how HyperCrit2 started renovating other things, so I made this instead to be more in line with what the original mods did; simple changes.
