Adds the console command "grantprismunlocks". It should autocomplete. You might need to be in game for it to work.
Unlocks the Harvester's Scythe and the Slicing Winds for Mercenary.
Changelog: got bugreports. Tested with TS version, it broken. Recompiled, it fixed. What changed? Who knows!
