Hunters Harpoon Reworked

Tired of being killed by this item? Don't like the the effect procing on kill? This mod reworks the Hunters Harpoon to be a crit item that gives a movement speed buff when you score critical strikes. It functions as a red whip that works in combat if you have other crit items.

Info

• Gain 5% critical strike chance. This is only granted on the first item, similar to scythe, predatory or shatterspleen.
• Gives 10% movement speed on crit for 8 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. Increasing the maximum cap of speed gained from this item by 20% per stack.
