Halcyonite Shrine Tweaks

Allows configurable tweaks to certain ways the Halcyon Shrine works, based on requests from a commission from the Risk of Rain 2 Modding Discord. It's a little scuffed, but generally should work. Balancing may be wonky.

Changes

• Remove the Halcyon Shrine entirely (disabled by default)
• Changes the Halcyonite to instead be a gilded stone titan (enabled by default, can be disabled)
• Nerfs the special scaling of the Halcyon Shrine minibosses (enabled by default, can be disabled)

Planned Future Changes

• Adding the option to skip the mini boss entirely
• Adjustable speed of the gold collection
• Adjustable radius of the gold sphere
• Adjustable base amount for each tier of the Halcyon Shrine
