Reworks Seeker's Spirit Punch to bounce instead of phase through walls.

Increased speed from 70 to 100, increased lifetime from 0.75s to 2s, increased damage from 200% to 250% (third hit is 350% instead of 300%), made them super bouncy, can only hit 1 enemy (except the third hit).
